Conference Registration
Note: Registree fee refers to the net amount received by the Conference, all related transaction/service fees shall be borne by the payer. And for international bank transfer, only US dollars are accepted.

Registration Notes
1. Accepted full papers must be presented at the conference, either orally or as a poster. Papers that are not presented will be removed from the conference proceedings, will not be submitted for EI indexing, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
2. The registration fee for one paper covers up to 12 pages. For papers exceeding 12 pages, an excess page fee of CNY 400 / USD 60 per page will be charged.
3. Other co-authors who are not the paper-registration author should register and pay under the “Attendance Only” category.
4. Students and CICC members selecting the corresponding discounted registration category should provide valid proof of student status or CICC membership as required by the registration system.
5. Each author may register up to two papers at one time. If there are more papers, the author needs to register and pay again.
6. After registration and presentation at the conference, full papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Accepted papers are planned to be published by Springer and recommended for EI indexing.
7. International payments are accepted only via bank transfer and in USD only. Other online payment methods, such as WeChat Pay and Alipay, are not accepted.
8. Chinese nationals residing abroad are not allowed to use US dollars for payment. It is recommended to use Alipay or WeChat Pay for payment in RMB.

Invoicing (For Chinese Mainland Participants Only)
Electronic VAT General Invoices and Electronic VAT Special Invoices are available to participants in mainland China. The invoice item will be “Conference Registration Fee.”
